Radiant heat truly is heavenly. We had it installed by HHF over 15 years ago when Paul Davis remodeled our bathrooms. It is included in our Master bath shower which feels amazing. Tile floors can be so cold especially in the winter so adding radiant heat makes it so much more comfortable and central heat unit doesn’t run as often. It is thermostat controlled.
We have never had a problem with the thermostat or the floor in all this time. It should increase the value of your home by at least the cost of the upgrade and definitely make it more desirable.
